H.I.I.T. or high-intensity interval training is a new and cutting-edge form of training yielding wildly successful results. H.I.I.T. is an efficient way to burn more fat in less time. When you work at high-intensity, you burn more total calories per pound of body weight while keeping your metabolism elevated throughout the day. Studies have shown that H.I.I.T. training helped trainees loose nine times more fat than traditional resistance and cardio training.

Personal Training

Our certified personal trainers are your hired discipline. We will create a customized personalized training program designed around your fitness goals and your current fitness level.

HIIT Fusion

We take a boot-camp to a whole new level in thirty minutes. In class, you can expect a high-intensity, full-body workout that will push you to your limits.

Boxing/Kickboxing
Enjoy an intense, calorie-scorching workouts with boxing class. Mike Ortega (owner) is a former professional boxer that has a unique ability to combine hard work with fun.
30 Min HIIT
Our trainers will create a hard hitting, customized 30 minute HIIT training program designed to get you fast results with a focused fitness program.
BATTLE ROPES
This highly effective, back-to-basics type of conditioning to increase your strength, power, and endurance. The constant motion of rope battling will boost your metabolism while toning your muscles.
TRX
Suspension Training bodyweight exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. The TRX Suspension Trainer uses gravity and the user’s body weight to complete hundreds of exercises.
Teen Fitness
No matter the sport from swimming to baseball and soccer to golf, we create programs to help enhance sports performance with a particular emphasis on endurance, coordination, and neuromuscular efficiency.

At H.I.I.T. Fitness we use MYZONE to monitor your training and increase your results. MYZONE allows our trainers to monitor your heart rate real time and lets our members compete together and track exactly how hard they’re working.
