H.I.I.T. or high-intensity interval training is a new and cutting-edge form of training yielding wildly successful results. H.I.I.T. is an efficient way to burn more fat in less time. When you work at high-intensity, you burn more total calories per pound of body weight while keeping your metabolism elevated throughout the day. Studies have shown that H.I.I.T. training helped trainees loose nine times more fat than traditional resistance and cardio training.

Personal Training
Our certified personal trainers are your hired discipline. We will create a customized personalized training program designed around your fitness goals and your current fitness level.
OrtegaTime Boxing
If you want to improve overall strength, power coordination, and endurance, OTB is for you. This boxing class is infused with the owner, Mike Ortega’s professional boxing and MMA experience.
HIIT-30
Our signature HIIT-30 workout is a full body barn burner. In this class, we utilize our MyZone MZ-3 Heart Rate Monitors that emphasizes HRTT (Heart Rate Target Training).
HIIT-60
HIIT-60 is a hybrid course focused on muscle development and high intense interval training. This class has proven to tone muscle and burn fat.
Teen-HIIT Fitness
Ages 13-17 are welcome to our general sports performance class. We improve neuromuscular efficiency, agility, coordination, speed, and power.
Kickboxing
This class utilizes both punching and kicking for an intense and unique workout. You can expect fighting technique geared towards fitness mixed in with full body and functional movements.
Cardio & Weights
You can expect low impact fundamental movements that consist of moderate to high intensities with a wide variety equipment.
TRX @ Sunrise
Rise and shine with our suspension training that will develop your strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability simultaneously.
Primal-30
Primal-30 will take you back to our primitive roots in our high intense full body workout. This class will challenge your mind and body with unorthodox movements.
HIIT-Run
An hour long class that incorporates HIIT with various sprint intervals, strength endurance, and endurance running.

At H.I.I.T. Fitness we use MYZONE to monitor your training and increase your results. MYZONE allows our trainers to monitor your heart rate real time and lets our members compete together and track exactly how hard they’re working.
