HIIT Fitness is an excellent place to begin a workout routine, get fit, have fun and make some friends in the process. With great trainers and a casual environment, this place is a must join. There are a number of great, well-conceived classes offered at very convenient times. I especially like the 30 Minute HIIT class and plan to start the boxing classes soon. Can’t recommend this place enough.
