Ages 13-17 come out to our sports performance class. We want to help you enhance your sports performance through endurance, coordination, and neuromuscular efficiency. Whatever your athletic background, we want you here!

Rise and shine with our suspension training body weight exercise that will develop your strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability simultaneously. We always like to add a little something extra like battle ropes, jump ropes, body weight exercises, and maybe even some kettle bells!
We’ll take you back to our primal roots in our high intense work out that will take your body through exercises it was always meant to perform.
