If you want to improve overall strength, power coordination, and endurance, OTB is for you. This boxing class is infused with owner, Mike Ortega’s professional boxing experience and 14+ years of teaching. You’ll leave this class feeling Like A Champ!

HIIT 30

A half hour fat melting HIIT workout where you’ll be pushed by our HIIT squad. Come prepared to sweat!

HIIT 60

Is a heart pounding action packed burner that that encompasses both strength and cardio all in one session!

Teen HIIT Fitness

Ages 13-17 come out to our sports performance class. We want to help you enhance your sports performance through endurance, coordination, and neuromuscular efficiency. Whatever your athletic background, we want you here!

Kickboxing

Intense, calorie-torching workouts that combine hard work with kick-ass fun.

Sunrise TRX

Rise and shine with our suspension training body weight exercise that will develop your strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability simultaneously. We always like to add a little something extra like battle ropes, jump ropes, body weight exercises, and maybe even some kettle bells!

HIIT Primal

We’ll take you back to our primal roots in our high intense work out that will take your body through exercises it was always meant to perform.

HIIT Run

Come join our new running class, our very own HIIT Running Group. We will do weekly runs followed by post-run weight training exercises. Want drop seconds on your pace? We’ve got speed too!

I highly recommend this gym. The owner and trainers are truly passionate about what they do. The bootcamp classes are awesome and definitely hard. The trainers do a great job of switching up routines. They also keep a close eye on form and tailor routines to suit people of all fitness levels. I’ve lost almost 20lbs and am in the best shape I have ever been in – I love my new healthy lifestyle!
