Our signature HIIT-30 workout is a full body barn burner. In this class, we utilize our MyZone MZ-3 Heart Rate Monitors that emphasizes HRTT (Heart Rate Target Training). You will be able to view your heart rates zones and effort with real-time feedback.
HIIT-60 is a hybrid course focused on muscle development and high intense interval training. This class has proven to tone muscle and burn fat. With an innovative and exciting approach, HIIT-60 is unparalleled to any class you have ever taken!
Ages 13-17 are welcome to our general sports performance class. We improve neuromuscular efficiency, agility, coordination, speed, and power.
This class utilizes both punching and kicking for an intense and unique workout. You can expect fighting technique geared towards fitness mixed in with full body and functional movements. Let’s kick it into high gear!
Cardio & Weights
You can expect low impact fundamental movements that consist of moderate to high intensities with a wide variety equipment. You may experience such things as squats, deadlifts, bench press, jumping jacks and mountain climbers. Come find your strength!
TRX @ Sunrise
Rise and shine with our suspension training that will develop your strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability simultaneously. We like to add little extras like battle ropes, jump ropes, body weight exercises, and maybe even some kettle bells.
Primal-30 will take you back to our primitive roots in our high intense full body workout. This class will challenge your mind and body with unorthodox movements. Come find your inner beast!
An hour long class that incorporates HIIT with various sprint intervals, strength endurance, and endurance running. The first 40 minutes will be dedicated to running techniques while the last portion will incorporate strength. You’ll never love running like this!
