We have some pretty exciting things happening at HIIT Fitness starting in 2018. We have taken a deeper look at our schedule, the number of classes we offer and moving into 2018 what would be the ideal schedule for you as our members.
I know that availability and time can both be reasons why you can’t make it to the gym when you want to. Plus we have some pretty popular classes that get filled to the brim with you all! Taking in your feedback and our collective ideas as the HIIT Fitness Staff and Trainers we have decided to add 45-minute classes to our schedule starting January 1st, 2018!

HIIT Fitness is your home. We want you to come in early- get a warm up in, hang out, play ping pong, or drink a FitAID! We want you to stay late- go for a cool down jog with your friends, ask our trainers questions, or take advantage of the facility to stretch, (because we all forget when we get home, right?)
As a trainer, I absolutely love to share my fitness journey and knowledge with others. The rest of the team is the same way so never hesitate to ask us any questions, suggestions on training plans, or seriously just about anything!
