We believe in better our bodies and bettering our minds at HIIT Fitness, With that being said, we’d like to share with you our very own HIIT Fitness Reading List.

To be your very best in the gym (and outside) it is always important to stay knowledgeable, dream big, and challenge yourself.

I rallied up our trainers and asked what books they would recommend that would not only compliment your fitness journey but that would INSPIRE you.

Here are our Top 5 Books that have motivated, inspired, and challenged us on our fitness journey.

  3. Become Who You Were Born to Be by Brian Souza
  4. Burn The Fat, Feed The Muscle by Tom Ventuo
  5. Wooden: A Lifetime of Observations and Reflections On and Off the Court by Coach John Wooden
