HIIT2Beat – NEW CLASS!
HIIT2Beat is HIIT Fitness’ newest class. This workout is a challenging, high energy, nonstop workout for 45 mins. that moves to the beat of the music. Unlike Tabata or prefixed sets and times, in HIIT2Beat the music guides the workout. This class guarantees to work the body AND mind.
PERSONAL TRAINING & SMALL GROUP CLASSES
We don’t bend to excuses. Our certified personal trainers, also known as our HIIT Squad, are your hired discipline. We create a personalized program designed around your current fitness level and fitness goals.
Our HIIT-30 workout is a full body burner. In this class, we utilize or MyZone MZ-3 Heart Rate Monitors that emphasizes HRTT (Heart Rate Target Training.) You’ll be able to view your heart rate zone and effort with real-time feedback.
This circuit style training adds convenience to your high intensity, full body workout routine. HIIT-X allows you to come between 4:30 pm – 6 pm and jump into your 30-minute workout. A new circuit begins every 2 minutes so this will challenge your mind and body without challenging your time.
HIIT-45 is a hybrid class focused on muscle development and high-intensity interval training. This class has proven to tone muscle and burn fat. With an innovative and exciting approach, HIIT-45 is unparalleled to any class you have ever taken!
If you want to improve overall strength, power coordination, and endurance, BOX-45 is for you. This boxing class is infused with owner, mike Ortega’s professional boxing and MMA experience. You’ll leave this class feeling Like A Champ!
RISE WITH TRX
Rise and shine with our suspension training that will develop your strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. We keep you guessing with battle ropes, jump ropes, kettlebells and more.
HIIT + RUN
An hour long class that incorporates HIIT with various sprints intervals, strength and endurance running. The first 40 minutes will be dedicated to running techniques while the last portion will incorporate strength. You’ll never love running like this!
This class is a combination of all fitness practices HIIT Fitness offers. We will keep your body and mind guessing with a spontaneous “trainer’s choice” result-driven workout. If you like to mix it up your workout this is for you. we promise to keep you on your toes.
